Australasian Lawyer is on the hunt for the best legal employers

Which are Australia’s best firms to work for?

Australasian Lawyer’s Employer of Choice report is looking to profile the best firms in Australia across these key areas:

  • Remuneration
  • Training and professional development
  • Career progression
  • Diversity and inclusion
  • Communication
  • Leadership
  • Work-life balance
  • Health and well-being
  • Reward and recognition
  • Recruitment

To be considered, firms are asked to complete the online entry form providing quantitative and qualitative evidence to support their claim as a great place to work.

A place on the report is a valuable industry accolade for employers ─ recognition as an Employer of Choice is testament to the success of their people initiatives. The best entries will be featured on the Australasian Lawyer website and newsletter later this year.

Entry is completely free of charge. Head to the online form here
