Melbourne firm makes two senior appointments

KCL Law has appointed Gesualda Li Rosi to principal lawyer and Damien Simonetti to senior associate.

Li Rosi, who joined the firm in 2005, is an accredited family law specialist with extensive experience in complex financial matters. She advises clients on all aspects of the divorce and separation process, including tackling tax and cost matters.

Simonetti joined the firm in 2014. He advises and acts both in Australia and beyond for contractors, developers, and consultants in building and construction matters, including contract negotiations and preparation, project delivery, and claims and litigation in all Australian jurisdictions. He works on medium- to large-scale commercial, infrastructure, and domestic projects.

The firm now has 12 principal lawyers and four senior associates.
