The firm has three new partners and two new special counsels

McCullough Robertson has grown its upper ranks with the promotion of 12 lawyers to senior posts.
The firm has welcomed Liam Davis, Eva Vicic, and Ben Wood to the partnership. It has also elevated Emma Murray and Goran Gelic to special counsel.
The promotions come after the firm’s appointment of Kristen Podagiel to managing partner in April in a revamp of the firm’s management structure.

Davis, who started his career with the firm’s graduate program in 2009, is a renowned native title and cultural heritage specialist. He has since expanded his practice to environmental regime and resources regulation. He is also an expert in project delivery and operation.

Liam Davis
Vicic, who moved to the firm from Colin Biggers & Paisley in early 2017, specialises in project developments. Her extensive experience includes work on structuring; joint venture agreements; project delivery arrangements; strata and community title documents; negotiation and advice on commercial, industrial, and retail leasing; and leasing and licensing agreements.

Eva Vicic
Wood, who is a leading equity capital markets expert, has been with the firm since 2000. He has a particular focus on IPOs and secondary capital raisings, as well as the start-up sector, in which he advises on seed capital, Series A funding, venture capital, crowd funding, regulated takeovers, and schemes of arrangement.

Ben Wood
Murray is a specialist in commercial and tax laws, while Gelic is an expert in construction and infrastructure matters.
