Bennett & Philp becomes invite-only alliance's lone Qld representative

Bennett & Philp has become the lone Queensland representative in the invite-only global law alliance Meritas.

“With companies increasingly doing business internationally, seamless legal representation on a global scale is vital. This means our clients will benefit from not only our local expertise but also the broader legal insight at local rates for a world-class client service should the need arise,” said Lance Pollard, Bennett & Philp managing director. “Through Meritas, we can offer our clients a peace of mind that their legal needs will be met with the same commitment to quality, professionalism and value which has been a cornerstone of our practice.”

According to Bennett & Philp, Meritas is the only global law firm alliance with an established and comprehensive monitoring mechanism for its member firms. This ensures that clients, who have access to nearly 7,000 lawyers in 233 markets, receive consistent quality of services.

“All Meritas member firms share a positive, consultative approach to business and a commitment to excellent client service. Bennett & Philp has consistently demonstrated these qualities throughout its history,” said Tanna Moore, president and CEO of Meritas.
