LANDER & ROGERS
Innovative Firms 2019

Lander & Rogers takes a thoroughly contemporary approach to addressing their clients’ unique “pain points”. In 2018 L&R launched iHub, their dedicated innovation hub, “to provide a client-centred, innovative approach to the efficient and effective delivery of legal and business services.” One example of iHub’s collaborative co-design was a review undertaken of the subpoena process delivered on behalf of one of L&R’s major clients. iHub co-designed and implemented a new paperless, cloud-based process for the retrieval of subpoenaed records across the Magistrates, County, and Supreme Courts. This replaced the previous process, which was cumbersome, labour intensive, expensive, and impractical.
