K&L Gates is a leading law firm specialising in particular in real estate law and property transactions. K&L Gates realised the need for a tool that could digitise and simplify the complex property settlement process for all phases of large-scale real estate developments. To that end, they worked closely alongside Global X to extend the functionality of their conveyancing software, Matter Centre, and were involved in the formative stages of creating a new module, Matter Centre Projects – assisting large law firms “manage and process multi-lot developments from initial contract stage through to settlement.”
