There’s no denying Bell’s role in helping Aristocrat grow into an ASX Top 30 company: he delivered strategic advice and commercial solutions to issues which would have otherwise hindered Aristocrat’s advancement. But that’s not where it ends. Bell, whose role primarily involves providing a full range of corporate advisory, legal and governance services, also led cross-border dealings during two recent strategic and material acquisitions of tech/digital companies (approximately $2.5 billion); he successfully defended a purposed class action litigation suit against Aristocrat; and launched and developed the company’s environmental, social and governance reporting and practices.
