Lanthois, who has over 18 years of legal experience with a strong focus on operations and maintenance for major transport and infrastructure projects, has made a great impression at Transdev in the past year. Through dedicated efforts, he’s helped the organisation achieve savings of $20m+ over four years by improving systems, processes and organisational structures. He successfully negotiated Transdev’s renewal of iconic Sydney Ferries operations and maintenance franchise; and led contract negotiations for a $536 million deal to supply, operate and maintain the Parramatta Light Rail project (managed with internal legal resources only).
