Madison Marcus undertook a whole staff training sessions covering emotional intelligence to resilience and well-being. It also introduced reverse mentoring in which younger employees mentor older employees around technology and the efficient use of emerging tech.

The firm employs people from almost all continents, religions, gender, sexual orientations, and cultural background. In launched Madison Marcus Women, an initiative designed to create a platform to support the women of the firm. Madison Marcus want to not only adhere to best practice in gender equality in its workplace – but to establish best practice in this area and in all initiatives it undertakes.

The firm has also been trialling ‘workplace’, which is the workplace Facebook. It allows staff members to communicate their project outcomes and client feedback on a staff wide level which has enabled quicker and more engaging feedback across different practice areas of the firm.

Madison Marcus’ IT systems continue to be enhanced to allow for all employees to have the flexibility of how, when and where their work is done. Significant investment has been made in the firm’s IT infrastructure to allow for seamless remote working. It encourages staff to choose the right times for them without impacting client outcomes and service.
