Tottle Partners picks up senior lawyer to lead property team

by |

Tottle Partners has attracted a senior lawyer from a national firm and assigned him to lead the firm’s property team.

Andrew Logan has joined the West Australian firm’s partnership from Mills Oakley. He joined the national firm in 2015 to help establish the Perth office as one of the inaugural partners in the West Australian capital city. Prior to that, he was at MinterEllison.

Logan has more than 23 years’ experience in property development; asset acquisitions and sales; commercial, industrial, and retail leasing; and property-related dispute resolution. He has acted for listed and unlisted REITs, property developers, and landlords with large property portfolios.

“Andrew is recognised by his clients as having a commercial and results-orientated approach, with excellent negotiation, project management and drafting skills and a good understanding of his client’s business which assists in achieving their commercial objectives,” Tottle Partners said.

The appointment comes after Tottle Partners welcomed special counsel Alistair Talbert from Sparke Helmore in January. He was appointed head of the firm’s workplace team.
