At LafargeHolcim, where he is overseeing all legal and compliance matters in the region, McGlinchey has been heavily involved in the merger integration program.

He brings to Tabcorp 25 years of M&A, governance, compliance and general commercial experience, managing director and CEO David Attenborough said.

McGlinchey, who also has significant global leadership expertise, has a background in the gambling entertainment industry after having served as chief legal office and company secretary at Aristocrat leisure between 2009 and 2011.
