Statement by Mark Leibler, Arnold Bloch Leibler

The report in the Fairfax press published 30 March 2016 concerning Arnold Bloch Leibler is both inaccurate and misleading. As the Senior Partner at Arnold Bloch Leibler, I am fully aware of the facts relating to this case and I am satisfied that we complied at all times with the applicable reporting obligations. I am unable to say more than this at this time because the matter is currently before the courts. However, any suggestion that this firm did not behave appropriately is totally without foundation and wrong.
