PwC Legal scores senior lawyer in Singapore

PwC Legal has scored a major coup in Singapore.

The firm has recruited Rachel Eng from WongPartnership, where she was deputy chairman. From 2010 to 2016, she was also the managing partner of the firm, which is one of the four largest law firms in the country.

Eng has been with WongPartnership for more than 20 years. As managing partner, she oversaw the firm’s expansion to Shanghai and Yangon.

She specialises in listings, finance, governance, and general corporate advisory.

“We are sad to see Rachel leave us but we are happy to have her join an institution that has been a friend of WongPartnership for many years,” said Alvin Yeo, WongPartnership chairman.
