Norton Rose Fulbright duo joins Cooley

Two former practice leaders from Norton Rose Fulbright have joined Cooley in the US.

Boris Segalis and David Navetta are former US co-chairs of NRF’s data protection, privacy and cybersecurity practice group and join the IP-focused Cooley along with former Dentons’ partner Anthony Jannota who joins as special counsel.

“It is vital for us to be part of a firm that understands our clients’ full range of privacy and cyber concerns,” Segalis said. “We have always been impressed by Cooley’s reputation in the privacy and data protection space, as well as its leadership in technology, generally. The ability to leverage Cooley’s leading transactional and litigation strengths is a particularly powerful driver for us.”
