As a new firm challenges traditional legal models, its 29-year-old founder has been selected to address G20 leaders in Berlin
Law Squared has opened an office in Brisbane, completing its presence in metropolitan hubs along the eastern seaboard with other offices in Melbourne and Sydney.
The new office opens just over a year after the firm, which focuses on serving entrepreneurs and start-ups, was established by Demetrio Zema. According to Zema, 29, the latest expansion signals demand for NewLaw models championed by organisations like his firm.
Zema has also been selected as an Australian delegate to the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance Summit. He will address the G20 leaders in Berlin in June about the importance of supporting young entrepreneurs and creating a network of leaders in the G20 organisations to learn and share with one another.
In a recent interview with Australasian Lawyer’s sister publication, The Educator, Zema talked about how his company is disrupting the legal industry by challenging embedded notions of how legal businesses should be run.
