“Rachael is a member of our national legal excellence team and a legal project management champion in Perth, Jared plays a significant leadership role with our LGBTI network steering committee and our South East Asia focus group, and Liming does fantastic work with our China business group,” Denton said.

King, who’s based in Perth, is an expert in alternative dispute resolution, regulatory prosecution, administrative tribunal and judicial review proceedings, Corporations Act and trusts litigation, insolvency and restructuring, and disputes in the resources and construction sectors. He advises both public and private sector clients in public-private partnerships, complex structuring, and legislative, regulatory, and policy reviews.
