McCullough Robertson continues work for client with double acquisition

McCullough Robertson has continued its work for a listed telecommunications and technology service provider with back-to-back acquisitions.

The firm has advised Over the Wire Holdings on its acquisition of Access Digital Networks and Comlinx, as well as a related capital raising.

These are the sixth and seventh acquisitions for Over the Wire since McCullough Robertson acted on the company’s ASX debut in 2015.

The independent firm’s team was led by corporate advisory partner Reece Walker, who was supported by experts from the firm’s corporate, commercial, and tax teams.

Over the Wire agreed to buy Access Digital Networks for up to $14.5m. Total consideration for Comlinx was agreed to be up to $20m.

The acquisitions are partially funded by an institutional offer of $21.5m and a retail share-purchase plan of up to $5m.
