A long-time member of the firm since joining in 1986, Fiona Gardiner-Hill was struck down suddenly at the age of 50 by a brain aneurism at an event she was attending.

A key member of the firm’s M&A team, Fiona Gardiner-Hill was known for being a skilled dealmaker, and she was appointed to the Takeovers Panel in 2013.
