Lander & Rogers is set to move into new premises in Melbourne.

The national firm announced that it has chosen to relocate to the Olderfleet building at 477 Collins St. Lander & Rogers has also confirmed that its offices in Sydney and Brisbane will undergo development after Melbourne.

Olderfleet, which is being developed by the Mirvac Group, is expected to be completed in 2020. The developers draw on technologies and contemporary thinking to deliver a bespoke workplace precinct that will support work-life balance and collaboration, the firm said.

Lander & Rogers said that it has engaged Carr Design Group to design its workspace, with a focus on supporting its people and the firm’s client-centric culture.

"This is an incredibly exciting time for the entire firm and a key part of our future-focussed journey. This brand-new office will give us the opportunity to create our own contemporary environment, enabling us to improve the way that we work collaboratively while inspiring the creativity to drive innovation in our service delivery,” said Genevieve Collins, Lander & Rogers’ chief executive partner. "Importantly, our new premises will feature a number of excellent benefits to support our people, including a childcare centre, extensive end-of-trip facilities, and a wellness centre. This reinforces our firm's commitment to provide our people with an environment that proactively looks after their health and wellbeing.”

Collins said that the firm is continuing its tradition with significant projects and collaboration by encouraging its people to participate in the relocation by contributing ideas for the office.

“We are embracing this chance to implement fresh ideas in the way we work, and this is an example of our commitment to our people and our clients for an exceptional experience, together,” she said.
