Rome2rio, which the boutique firm advised, was sold to Omio for an undisclosed amount. The sale, which closed at the end of last month, comes as the Berlin-based unicorn embarks on the next phase of its expansion.

Founded by Michael Cameron and Bernie Tschirren, Rome2rio specialises in multi-modal travel search, which complements Omio’s expertise in ticketing.

The KHQ team included director Andrew Walker, special counsel Kate Landells, senior associate Koula Politis, and lawyer Darrell Choong.

KHQ said it world with Adventum Legal to advise Rome2rio. The Adventum Legal team included Darren Sommers.
