Johnson Winter & Slattery (JWS) has advised GFG Alliance on adding $650m in credit lines.
The business group, which will use the funding for capital management and growth plans, forged a new association with White Oak Global Advisors in the US and expanded its existing relationship with Greensill Capital UK, JWS said.
The White Oak agreement is for a secured-term, syndicated borrowing facility. The agreement with Greensill is for a secured revolving credit facility and supply-chain financing facility.
JWS, which has been lead legal adviser on debt financing to the group since it entered Australia, fielded a team headed by partner Jim Hunwick. He was supported by partner Craig Wappett, senior associate David Li, and associate Jesse McNaughton.
