The new function will merge HSF’s legal project management, pricing, legal process improvement, innovation, and automation teams into a single operations unit, creating a single point of access for clients and lawyers.

The Legal Operations function will be led by Ian Gilbert, director of legal operations, with a global team of 50 people in major hubs in Hong Kong, London, Melbourne, and Sydney.
