Harvard Law apologises after ‘killing’ Anthony Scaramucci
Harvard Law School apologised this week after “killing” Anthony Scaramucci, the short-lived White House communications director.

“Regrettably, there is an error in the Harvard Law School alumni directory in the listing for Anthony Scaramucci,” Harvard Law spokeswoman Michelle Deakin said. “We offer our sincere apologies to Mr. Scaramucci. The error will be corrected in subsequent editions.”

The 1989 graduate’s name was accompanied by an asterisk, denoting he died after the last version of the directory was released five years ago. The directory was sent to alumni the very same week Scaramucci joined the White House.

Scaramucci left his post after only 10 days, a period punctuated by an expletive-laden interview he gave to The New Yorker, where he blasted staff for leaks and specifically targeted senior strategist Steve Bannon and former chief of staff Reince Preibus.

He is the founder of Skybridge Capital and is a former top executive of the US Export and Import Bank.
