Legal giant adds 13 new partners to its nearly 10,000 lawyers worldwide
Dentons has confirmed to Australasian Lawyer the names of its new partners in Australia as a result of absorbing Fisher Jeffries, its associate firm in Adelaide.
With the move, the world’s largest law firm adds 13 new partners to its nearly 10,000 lawyers worldwide. Fast-growing in Australia, the legal giant gets a boost in financial services, corporate, dispute resolution, construction and engineering, employment, manufacturing, and real estate.
The new partners are Susan Babidge, Alex Eyre, Vanessa Gore, Karen Guazzelli, Paul Griscti, Wendy Jones, Dean Kent, Stephen Lendrum, Nicholas Linke, James Marsh, Vince Mascolo, Fidelis McGarrigan, and Karen Thomas, who is the Fisher Jeffries managing partner.

Australia region chair, Doug Stipanicev, who moved to Dentons from Gadens after the firms combined in 2016, said that growth has been a strategic priority of the firm in Australia.
