The Melbourne office of Corrs Chambers Westgarth has hired special counsel Chris Horsfall to work on its construction, projects and infrastructure team.

Horsfall is leaving Clayton Utz to work alongside Corrs’ new partners Andrew Stephenson and Michael Earwaker who are also recent additions to the firm.

Stephenson and Earwaker moved from Clayton Utz last year, having formerly led their construction, major projects and international arbitration groups.

Horsfall is a specialist in construction dispute resolution and has previously advised on infrastructure and development projects such as the Adelaide Desalination Plant and Origin Energy’s BassGas project in Victoria.

Prior to working in commercial law, Horsfall worked as an engineer in Victoria and London.
