The managers of the DWF Group IPO turned to Clifford Chance for advice.

The top-tier law firm advised Stifel Nicolaus Europe, Jefferies International, and Zeus Capital on DWF group’s float in London.

Earlier this month, DWF raised £95m and became the first law firm to list on the London Stock Exchange’s main board. All other legal services firms listed in London are traded on its AIM market.

DWF, which was also admitted to the premium segment of the market’s Official List, also conducted the largest listing of a law firm in the UK with its IPO.

The Clifford Chance team was headed by capital markets partners Adrian Cartwright and John Connolly, who were supported by other experts from the firm, including senior associates James Spencer and Christopher Osborne and associate Nathan Krapivensk
