KWM advised Supercheap Auto, the Super Retail Group’s auto accessories chain, in forming a joint venture with Bosch. The new venture will establish full-service auto-repair workshops branded “Autocrew - Powered by Supercheap Auto” across the country, beginning with one in Western Sydney early next year.
“The deal recognises the market opportunity created by the increasingly complex and digital nature of automotive systems, for a technology-driven, full-service auto workshop offering,” said Rhys Casey, KWM’s lead partner on the deal.
Casey, who is based in Brisbane, was supported by solicitor Stephanie Courtice.
Super Retail is a long-standing client of KWM.
