Chamberlains Law Firm (CLF) has a proud history in the ACT, and under Stipe Vuleta’s leadership as managing director in 2019, it has expanded into being an innovative and dynamic full-service firm, looking after clients across the eastern seaboard with flagship offices in both Canberra and Sydney. Last year saw Vuleta lead the firm through several functional undertakings such as facilitating the rapid development of a new construction team in Sydney and a specialist rural property practice in Canberra; and consolidating the firm’s market share in the ACT property market, acting from time to time on up to 30% of all property transactions. In addition to his work as managing director, 2019 has also been an exciting year for Vuleta on a personal front. He was appointed chair of the ACT Insolvency Committee for the Law Council of Australia and presented to industry leaders at the annual conference; he engaged as a board member with Adria Ltd, a not-for-profit retirement village provider with a focus on the Croatian community; he was appointed to the regional executive committee of the Housing Industry Association; and his position as an associate adjunct professor at the University of Canberra was extended for another three-year term.
