Holly Gretton, highly regarded for her tenacious spirit, has much to be proud of in the last 12 months. She has been a vocal proponent of disability advocacy, both in the community-at-large and in the legal profession more specifically. She has worked for, and been a mentee of, then principal registrar Larissa Strk. She graduated with distinction from the University of Western Australia; has spearheaded large corporate transactions for the sale and purchase of property and businesses; drafted complex construction law research and case summaries; and written for Lawyers Weekly. Gretton was recognised as a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly's Women in Law awards 2018 for 'Law Student of the Year'; and received glowing performance feedback in her graduate year at internationally recognised firm, King & Wood Mallesons, all of which whilst living with a chronic, invisible illness. Despite these achievements, Gretton remains ‘humble, works hard, and is both a committed team player as well as a natural leader’.
