  • the launch of the Underpayments Tool, a bespoke analytics model that addresses discrepancies between clients’ enterprise agreements and payment rules in their payroll systems, identifying the employees affected and the quantum of the underpayments, to use in remediation discussions; and
  • the activation of REMI, a sophisticated regulatory dashboard tool that tracks the entire notice life cycle, providing real-time reporting and the ability to drill down to a granular level, to assist clients in making informed decisions about where to invest resources and strengthen commerciality.
