Leah Boyd, with her more than 20 years of broad legal and commercial experience in multijurisdictional, large scale, and dynamic roles across Asia Pacific, has been with CBRE for nearly four years now, providing executive support to legal, risk, compliance, and health and safety functions.

These past 12 months, Boyd has made a number of contributions to the business, including:

  • transforming CBRE Legal to a focused and service-orientated function and mentoring the members of the legal team to expand their skillset in non-traditional areas such as project management, public speaking, and communication
  • developing data-driven reporting to the executive committee across legal, risk, compliance, and health and safety
  • change leadership around contracting practices
  • implementing the Appropriate Workplace Behaviours program, which aimed to drive and influence a new progressive workplace behaviour policy across the CBRE Pacific business and to deliver training workshops that will enhance management capabilities to create positive working environments.
