Arnott has advised public and private companies in the energy, utilities and healthcare sectors. He has tackled matters involving technology, outsourcing, and complex commercial transactions. At KPMG Law, he was the head of technology and digital transformation team.

Scott helmed KPMG Law’s cyber, privacy and data practice. She is an expert in all aspects of privacy, cyber, media and data regulation and leading incident response, cross-border data transfers and transactions and digital transformation. She has worked extensively with the cyber insurance industry.

Croagh confirmed that the new Australia TMT team would collaborate with Pinsent Masons’ global TMT team, especially the Asia-based team.

"As we move to a global digital economy, we are entering a critical phase. Organisations need to apply technological and data driven responses to key challenges – from decarbonising supply chains to implementing AI – whilst facing an increasingly complex global regulatory environment and heightened cyber risk. We are looking forward to continuing to help organisations and their boards take advantage of the possibilities that exist today", Scott said.

The new Australia TMT team commenced with Pinsent Masons this week.
