ACT Law Society committee chair joins Clayton Utz in Canberra

ACT Law Society property law committee chair Adam Peppinck has joined Clayton Utz as a real estate partner in its Canberra office.

Peppinck has over 20 years of experience with various structured property transactions. He has provided advice to both public and private sector clients on matters involving leasing, divestment, acquisition, and property development. He has also handled planning and probity issues. 

He is part of the ACT Law Society Council and a member of the Property Council of Australia’s planning and residential committee (ACT division). Before joining Clayton Utz, he was a partner at Mills Oakley, and also logged a tenure as a special counsel at Ashurst.
