Allens advised Dixon Hospitality on the proposed purchase of six leading Sydney bars and restaurants from the Keystone Group: Cargo Bar, Bungalow 8, Kingsley's Woolloomooloo, The Rook, The Winery and Manly Wine.
Dixon has agreed to acquire the six well-known venues, which will add to its impressive portfolio of popular gastropubs, restaurants and function venues across Victoria and New South Wales.
Allens' one-team approach, which included experts from the firm's corporate, financing, real estate and insolvency practices, helped produce a seamless and complete solution to Dixon's legal needs on the transaction.
The team was led by corporate partner Emin Altiparmak and Associates Jonathan Hoe and Annie Zheng, with the support of finance, real estate and insolvency teams led by Warwick Newell, Michael Graves and Matthew Whittle respectively.
