Russell Kennedy relocates to ‘state-of-the-art’ office in Sydney

Russell Kennedy has relocated its Sydney headquarters to 135 King Street.

The move comes as a result of exponential growth, as the firm grew too big for its previous premises on Elizabeth Street. Strategically situated in the heart of the city, the new office is close to key landmarks such as the Supreme Court.

The newly occupied 30-level A-Grade building holds a 5.5-star NABERS energy rating and a 4.5-star NABERS water rating, aligning with Russell Kennedy's commitment to sustainability.

Managing Director Paul Gleeson explained that the relocation represents an investment in the firm's people and clients. The modern and open-plan workspace has been purposefully designed to inspire high performance, innovation, connectivity, and well-being.

Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and amenities, the office was designed to foster a collaborative and flexible work environment, with a mix of internal and client meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and focused work zones.

“Our design incorporates the needs of our team, with a focus on providing spaces that facilitate productivity and collaboration. The office has been designed to accommodate our ongoing growth and evolution, ensuring that our physical environment can adapt alongside our firm” said Rohan Harris, leader of the corporate and commercial practice group.

Harris spearheaded the establishment of the Sydney office in 2019 following his relocation from Melbourne.
