Melbourne lawyer Nicole Whitby has been promoted to partner as part of a massive promotions round at Pinsent Masons.

Whitby is one of 22 lawyers who join the partnership across the firm’s global offices. She was previously a senior associate and works with the firm’s energy and infrastructure and construction advisory and disputes teams.

She has handled disputes on behalf of clients and assisted with the management of risks in projects within the infrastructure and energy sectors.

She has worked on transactions involving hospital, road, and rail public-private partnerships, as well as wind and solar farms, mineral processing facilities, and oil and gas projects.
