Highlight: Trust is the most important thing a service provider can provide

For Russell Legal managing director Scott Russell, “the most important thing an award-winning service provider can do is establish old-fashioned trust, be reliable and be responsive”.

The legal professions in Australia and New Zealand celebrated the leading legaltech and legal service providers last December with the release of the winners of the 2023 Service Provider Awards. The awards highlighted those who made significant contributions to making lawyers’ lives easier.

“Most of the products on the market now are designed to create time efficiencies. For law firms, time savings equal reduced labour costs, which helps prevent an erosion of profitability”, Law Alliance NZ executive officer Tony Steindle said.

Service Provider Awardee Harriss Wagner makes sure to deliver quality to clients by understanding that its clients’ profitability translates to its own.

“We don’t cut corners; we do things properly”, managing partner Robert Wagner said. “We understand that when our clients are successful, we become successful”.
